Remove the rice basket and rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Add the water to the Thermomix bowl and insert the rice basket (steaming basket) with the rinsed rice. Cook for 18 minutes, Varoma, Speed 4. Carefully remove the rice basket (steaming basket) and spread the rice onto a flat plate or large bowl.

Add 1000g water and 1 tablespoon vinegar to the TM bowl. Place the internal steam basket with rice into TM bowl. Cook 20min/Varoma/ Speed 3.5. Once TM is finished turn the rice out into a large bowl and pour the sushi seasoning over the rice. Stir gently, and allow the rice to cool. Use rice as required.
